Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it for an exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of delivery. Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable.
Custom work, altered items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
Please report damaged claims within 24 hours of receiving package, save all packaging materials and carton.
For the fastest and easiest service, please follow these guidelines:
1. You must contact West Orange Jewelers at 973-364-2500 and obtain a Return Authorization number. Write this number clearly on your original invoice and on your shipping label. Items will not be accepted without an RA#.
2. On the original invoice indicate the item you are returning and the reason why.
3. If you are exchanging, let us know what you would like to replace the item with.
4. Carefully pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original invoice. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories. Any item that you receive with tags attached to it must be returned with those tags in their original, attached condition. All packages, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
5. Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation. We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
6. For security reasons, do not write “Jewelers” or “Jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the box.
7. Ship item(s) and original invoice to:

8. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). All items returned will be credited to the original credit card.
If we do not receive your item within 10 days, we may refuse the return or assess a 30% restocking fee. This will be determined by West Orange Jewelers. Items received 30 days after the original invoice date will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you at your expense. Should we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep the merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Watch Warranties
Watches have warranties to cover the watch movement for the time period stated by the manufacturer and typically exclude watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damages by excessive use, accidents or abuse. All shipping and handling for warranty service is the responsibility of the customer. For more information and details on how to redeem your warranty, please follow the pamphlet included in your box.
